The WINSTA® Pluggable Connection System

The WINSTA® Pluggable Connection System

The WINSTA® Pluggable Connection System

The WINSTA® plug connector system forms the electrical interface from the power supply and power distribution to the consumers – and thus includes the information technology (bus lines in building automation).

With the WINSTA® plug connector system, which connects all electrical components with one another, modern buildings reach the degree of flexibility and sustainability that corresponds to today's standards.

Due to the various technical requirements in a building, from the power supply to the bus line, the WINSTA® plug connector system is divided up into different families. Each unique WINSTA® model has been specifically developed to satisfy pole requirements, installation restrictions and current-carrying capacities.

Each family includes both individual components as well as plugs, sockets, h-distributors, T-distributors, and distributor boxes, as well as already pre-assembled conductors in common lengths. These 2 to 7-pin WINSTA® components are packaged according to the order and made available to customers just in time on the construction site.

The WINSTA® Pluggable Connection System in the Context of Construction Product Regulation (CPR)

WAGO offers cable assemblies within the WINSTA® Pluggable Connection System that have been tested according to EN 50575 and comply with CPR requirements. You will find the performance declarations of our cable manufacturers here.
