Our world-class products account for one half of our business success. The other is based on personal consulting and professional support. Both have been proven in practice over decades.

The trustful use with and the open contact with the customer take a high priority at WAGO. Our products form the foundation from the two business units of AUTOMATION and ELECTRICAL INTERCONNECTIONS, without which this close bond would never have occurred. In order to maintain this, we rely on a transparent and open communication policy. We inform you upon request of everything that is going on at WAGO at events, trade shows, via newsletters or customer magazine.

Our customers are personally advised and supported by the staff of the sales companies, of which we have built an extensive network in Germany and around the world. In addition, our engineers, technicians and consultants will be happy to help with any request. For this purpose, we have not only established the obligatory support hotlines, but also a callback service, from which a specialized employee will call back at the desired time and for the specified topic.
