Programmable fieldbus controller for telecontrol applications

Programmable fieldbus controller for telecontrol applications +

The WAGO-I/O-SYSTEM 750 programmable fieldbus controller covers all requirements of telecontrol technology.

The controller offers many different application protocols which can be used for data acquisition or control (MODBUS TCP/RTU, IEC 60870‐5‐101/‐104, 3964R, RK512, ETHERNET/IP) or for system management and diagnostics (HTTP, BootP, DHCP, DNS, SNTP, FTP, SNMP and SMTP).

For Web-based applications, HTML pages can be generated on an internal server. Programs are directly accessible via XML and ASP. Furthermore, the controller incorporates library functions for e-mail, SOAP, ASP, IP configuration, ETHERNET sockets and file system. The controller, based on a 32-bit CPU, is capable of multitasking and has a battery-backed, real-time clock. Programming of the application is done in accordance with IEC 61131-3. This allows the programmer to access all fieldbus and I/O data.

The PLC programmer can access the IEC 60870-5-101/-104, IEC 61850, IEC 61400-25 telecontrol protocols using a CoDeSys program with function blocks. For users who do not want to write a PLC program, protocols may also simply be configured via CoDeSys tool.
