Compact and high-performance
The PFC200 for the WAGO-I/O-SYSTEM 750/753 meets the growing need for space-saving controllers, allowing communication with lower- and higher-level systems in addition to standard PLC applications. Despite its compact design, the controller offers many features: Two ETHERNET ports provide communication with other control systems and — depending on the model — additional interfaces are available (e.g., CAN, PROFIBUS, RS-232/RS-485).
The CANopen, PROFIBUS DP and Modbus-TCP/-UPD/-RTU protocols provide flexible connection to fieldbus systems and external input/output devices. These fieldbus systems can be easily configured directly in the development environment. The ETHERNET interfaces also support the DHCP, DNS, SNTP, FTP, TELNET and HTTP protocols. A safe connection is provided via SSH, HTTPS and FTPS.
Besides multiple interfaces, the PFC200 also features enough memory space for your applications via internal 256 MB flash memory and integrated interface for SD/SDHC cards. A 128 kB remanent memory area is also available for non-volatile storage of retain PLC variables.
The PFC200 not only features uncompromising performance, but also robustness and energy efficiency: The controller requires no fan via low energy consumption and a low level of intrinsic heating. These features, combined with the absence of rotating storage media and battery-less buffering of the real-time clock, make the WAGO Controller extremely robust and shock-resistant.
Automation made easier: CODESYS software for both programming and process visualization. No specific knowledge is required. Creating visualizations in the same development environment as for PLC program. The integrated Web server allows you to configure and operate the PFC200 easily using Web-based management via the network. The PFC200 can also be configured via standard Linux® consoles. Besides IEC 61131-3 programming languages, ambitious users can also write their projects in C, PHP or shell scripts. Programs and libraries created in any types of programming languages can interact with CODESYS applications.
Compatibility with the WAGO 750-841, 750-871 and 750-873 ETHERNET Controllers simplifies performance increase within the WAGO-I/O-SYSTEM.
