Sensor/Actuator Wiring Made Pluggable
A first for WAGO, it’s new 2020 Series Sensor/Actuator Terminal Blocks allow plug-in connection of sensor/actuator wiring between the terminal box and switch cabinet. Both power supply and all signal paths can be combined into one single pluggable connector. For example, pre-assembled pluggable connectors simplify both machine and system modularization. Thanks to inherently clear coding of the pluggable connectors and terminal blocks, wiring errors are virtually impossible – independent of operator skill.

Sensor/Actuator Terminal Blocks from the TOPJOB® S Program
The TOPJOB® S Sensor/Actuator Terminal Blocks allow several sensors to be packed into the smallest possible space using only 3.5 mm per sensor. These terminal blocks are perfectly adapted to the conductor cross-sections (0.34 to 0.75 mm2) commonly used for sensors and actuators. As a member of WAGO's TOPJOB® S family of rail-mount terminal blocks, the new sensor/actuator blocks offer many advantages: WAGO's integrated Push-in CAGE CLAMP® provides fast conductor termination and reliable connections – even in harsh environmental conditions. The TOPJOB® S range of multifunctional jumpers is the foundation for industry-leading flexibility and offers the right solution for any commoning task. For example, an unlimited number of terminal blocks can be commoned using push-in type jumper bars. Continuous, multi-line marking strips allow all TOPJOB® S Rail-Mount Terminal Blocks to be labeled in the shortest time possible.
